Important Notes

  • After the initial 14 days the color you have chosen will fade and begin to appear more natural. Some may take longer due to stress, a poor diet, or their immune system is compromised.
  • Uneven color after the initial treatment is to be expected. In order to insure the best outcome we recommend a second session (touch up) to achieve the desired result. Please review under services for more details on pricing.

Policy Information

Deposit: We also require a non refundable $50 deposit when you book your appointments to guarantee your time slot. The $50 will go towards your procedure fee.

Cancellation Policy: In consideration of other, please allow 48 hours to cancel or reschedule appointments- you can do this via phone, email or text message. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, $50 dollars is non-refundable and additional deposits will be required to make a new appointment reservation.

No Show Policy: If no show you will lose your deposit.

Refunds Policy: Refunds on services are NOT provided


It is your responsibility to read all the FAQ’s and full consent form before your procedure.

Please have realistic expectations.

We can not guarantee that every patch test will be 100 percent accurate. The patch test won’t be able to indicate if you’re allergic reaction is to nickel or to the ingredients found in the products used.

Photos taken during and after your enhancement may be posted on Loveurbrows.com only (For marketing purposes your pictures may appear on our social media and on our webpage.)

Touch up is *REQUIRED* and cost varies depending on the time frame you choose. To ensure great results we recommend booking your touch up appointment within 4-8 weeks after your initial appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse our services.

Prices are subject to change at any time.

On the rare occasion a client may need a third session due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment or from incorrect aftercare the client will be charged accordingly .

‚ÄčTo ensure you are satisfied with your service we request that you carefully look at the shape and color before we start the service. Once the decision is made, the look you chose will be final. After leaving our salon we are not responsible or liable for any changes you wish to make to your shape or color so please make sure you are final with your decision. Any desired changes made to the shape or color after leaving our salon will result in extra charges.

During your touch-up I will only touch up what needs to be darker to improve the evenness of color throughout the brow. This touch-up does not cover changing the shape of your brows in any way, shape, or form. If you would like to change the shape of your enhancement during your touch up appointment you will be have pay for the services accordingly.

We cannot guarantee successful result on 100% of our clients because everyone’s skin takes differently to permanent make up. There are also no refunds as we have carried out the service.

Procedure Day

  • Please arrive on time clients who arrive late will need to reschedule.
  • Please be well hydrated and eat a light meal.
  • Wear comfortable clothing & ensure your hair is tied back and out of your face.
  • Please turn off cellular phones and electronics devices or set to quiet mode during your appointment.
  • We kindly ask children do not accompany you to your appointment.
